Professional Summary: Jim is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a decade of experience as a Senior Broker Associate at Gibbons-White, Inc. in Boulder, CO (with an interim period at Colorado Group, Inc. from 2002 to 2004). He served as Chairman and President of The Commercial Brokers of Boulder for five consecutive years, earned his CCIM designation in 2009, and brings a diverse background to his brokerage career.
